Welcome to the Oak Crest Academy Math Circle, a vibrant and engaging program designed to ignite a passion for mathematics in students grades 2-11!

A math circle is an interactive, community-based gathering where students explore intriguing mathematical concepts through problem-solving, discussion, and hands-on activities.

The Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) offers free textbooks and expert guidance to support student success.​ AoPS is a nationally renowned educational platform dedicated to fostering mathematical excellence through innovative curriculum, interactive learning, and a supportive online community. ​​

  • Prof. Paul Zeitz – Advisor for the OCA Math Circle and creator of the first math circle in California

  • Dr. John Berman – Coach of the USA IMO Team

  • Prof. Tony Chan – Professor of Mathematics at UCLA (retired), Former Presidents of HKUST and KAUST

  • Prof. Hongkai Zhao – Mathematics Department Chair at Duke University

  • Prof. Yifeng Yu – Professor of Mathematics at the University of California, Irvine

  • Dr. Kevin Lan – Director of the OCA Math Circle and OCA Math Department Chair

  • Prof. Hongwei Gao – Morningstar Institute

50% of accepted students will receive a full scholarship! Regular tuitions are $10,000 per year (includes three trimesters) or $3,500 per trimester.
