Oak Crest Academy High School program offers students a custom designed plan for grades 9-12. We offer a complete selection of core academic and elective courses required for graduation and admission to college, including UC approved & AP courses. Our courses are offered online or in text book format. We emphasize critical thinking throughout our high school courses so that students are prepared for the rigor of college-level academics. High school students work independently and with teachers at our Learning Center, on our Tarzana campus, where they can collaborate with like-minded peers. In addition, students work with a college counselor to ensure that they are on the right path for graduation and college goals.
Students are placed in the most appropriate courses for their learning level, regardless of their chronological age and can accelerate their learning to complete their diploma early. Oak Crest Academy also offers dual credit for students taking courses at local community colleges.
The Learning Center is open from 9:00am-2:00pm during the school calendar year. Students may drop in to meet with teachers, collaborate with other students, or engage in insightful discussions and activities with peers and teachers.
